About Paul:

Paul began his career in engineering, working for the likes of Bethlehem Steel Corporation and General Electric. However, at GE, he saw that his true passion was in Marketing, so he obtained an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From there, he went to work for AT&T and worked in Product Management, Marketing and Sales and Sales Management positions servicing some of the largest Fortune 100 firms. During that tenure, he negotiated contracts worth tens of millions of dollars while coming to that proverbial win-win for his clients.

Although he was very fond of his company and thoroughly enjoyed the work and winning from the competition, he also had a latent appreciation for Real Estate that he acquired while in business school. Then, an opportunity presented itself that enabled him to leave the Corporate world where he would pursue the industry with fervor.

Over the last eight years, Paul Moravek and the Moravek Group have used this business marketing acumen on over 300 property sales to make your home buying and selling journey a delight. With his sales and marketing knowledge gained while working in a Corporate environment, he brings a unique viewpoint to enable you to complete your mission with ease. As a trained marketer, he and his team continually examine new tools to determine their effectiveness in helping you through the process.

Paul has purchased several properties of his own and knows that customer service is key to a long lasting relationship. He has also seen how some homeowners haven’t been able to realize the maximum value of what is their most expensive asset. With that in mind, he is all about helping those homeowners reach that maximum potential and meet their personal objectives in the process.

Paul is now aligned with the #1 Brokerage office for transaction volume in Monmouth County, NJ for calendar year 2015, Keller Williams Realty West Monmouth. (This is per the year-end report from the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS), which is provided by Monmouth County Association of REALTORS®).
